At Green Home Systems we recognise the importance of developing a long term, sustainable workforce that can deliver energy efficiency projects to the highest standards of excellence.

We provide routes into the green economy for new entrants, of all ages, as well as upskilling pathways across the sector.
Our Green Home Skills Academy works in close partnership with Skills Development Scotland and selected Training Providers to ensure that our staff receive tailored training solutions to meet their own development needs.
