What is loft insulation?

Loft insulation prevents heat being lost through your roof. 

It is normally laid in the joists on the floor of your loft and creates a thermal barrier between the living space below and the cold loft.  

Properly installed loft insulation slows down the escape of rising heat which helps keep your home warm and reduces your energy usage.
