Grant funding
We can help you navigate the funding landscape to maximise the money that is available to reduce your energy costs and lower your carbon emissions.
We operate under the government’s ECO funding scheme, where home upgrades can be done for free or with a small contribution, and also install on a privately paid basis. There is funding available from Home Energy Scotland to assist with privately funded installations.
The below summaries give further detail on these schemes to help you understand what you may be elligible for. However, if in any doubt please just give us a call or drop us a note and we can provide all the advice you will require.
ECO4 Energy Grants
ECO energy grants are available to households throughout the UK. If anyone in your household receives a qualifying state benefit then you may be able to receive free home insulation and heating measures, such as a replacement high efficiency gas boiler, or an air source heat pump.
The eligibility criteria is varied and includes:
- Pension Credit
- Universal Credit
- Income based Jobseekers allowance
- Income related Employment & Support Allowance
- Income Support
- Housing Benefit
- Tax Credits (Child or Working Tax Credit)
- Child Benefit
Local Authorities can also approve these funded measures so you may also qualify without benefits if you live in North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire.
Fundng is also available for tenants in private rented accommodation – please give us a call or make an enquiry to find out further details.
Home Energy Scotland
Home Energy Scotland (‘HES’) is funded by the Scottish Government and run by the Energy Saving Trust. So if you don’t qualify for ECO funding there is still a lot of help available.
