Green Home Systems has appointed Andrew Morrison as its new Director of Bids (p/t), supporting the company’s continued expansion into the social housing market.
Andrew brings over 20 years of experience in bids and proposals across 25 sectors, preceded by a 12-year career in local government working with authorities including West Lothian Council and City of Edinburgh Council.
His expertise spans social housing, energy efficiency, and business scaling – with an impressive track record of achieving c.85 per cent bid win rates for clients.
As the founder and former Managing Director of AM Bid, one of the UK’s leading bid consultancies, Andrew led the company to multi-award-winning success before its sale in 2023.
He then formed Business Sale Basecamp, helping business owners prepare for sale and sustainable growth, selling this company after 10 months.
Named Global Thought Leader of the Year in 2022 by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and a previous Institute of Directors Scotland Director of the Year (2018), Andrew brings proven strategic insight and a deep understanding of how to position organisations for long-term success.
